Plant Based Butter with Natural Food Colors

In the beginning,  everything start with the meat, then there was milk and egg. Now, butter is taking the diary asile, offerings as consumers look toward more sustainable alternatives for their diets.

According to Forbes articule this summer, this summer, Kite Hill will release its plant-based butter in the United States. This plant based butter is made with cultured almond milk, sunflower, coconut and olive oils and contains less saturated fat per serving than traditional butter and Natural Colors such as Betacarotene, Annatto or Turmeric.

it is important to say that the plant based movement is growing. People want to feel healthier and a Dupont Nutrition & Health Study Found that desire about it. Vegetable based butter spreads are nothing new as margarine has been around since the 100 years ago. So, with no major difference between plant based butters, what is drawing customers to these plant basesd alternatives? First and foremost, the terminology of the former make it clear that there are no animal components used in the products. Margarine can sometimes include animals ingredients. Also, this is quite important to the people who are lactose intolerant or have other allergies.
